Sewing 101: 5 Week Course
Sewing 101 is a 5 week intro to garment making course designed to introduce you to working with commercial sewing patterns, from understanding fabrics and sizing to preparing and constructing a garment.
sessions take place bi-weekly, giving you time between each class to take in what you've learnt, practise at home and build your confidence before moving on to the next stage.
throughout the course, you'll develop sewing skills and create a pair of calico trousers or shorts, giving you the skills and confidence to approach future sewing projects correctly and independently.
