Refunds + Cancellation Policy

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change, so we allow participants to transfer their booking to another workshop date once only, provided at least 72 hours’ notice is given before the scheduled start time.
Due to venue bookings, preparation time, and the allocation of workshop resources, we are unable to offer refunds or late transfers outside of this notice period.
Requests to transfer made within 72 hours of the workshop cannot be accommodated, and the booking will be forfeited.
All bookings are eligible for a single transfer only. Once a transfer has been made, the booking is considered final and cannot be changed again.
Transfers are subject to availability on the desired alternative date.
